Yes she's still allowed to Voice the characters that she already did:
Jewelpet Sunshine (Garnet)
Kimi ni Todoke Season 2 (Ume Kurumizawa)
Maria Holic Alive (Shizu ShidÅ)
Seikon no Qwaser II (Katja)
But NO new characters, She's been prohibited since 2010.
So, she will voice haruhi, Konata and other anime that has a sequel.
