It's going to get ported anyway. Much like the PSP version of Chaos;Head Noah, and Love Chu2.
and mostly all other Infinity series got ported to the PSP. So, ports are not impossible, it's just that which ports are the real question.

Pretty much the same. I only do the page-per-page if I can't find any torrent/DDL links other than the galleries in G-e Hentai.
But recently I've been going there too often since things get posted there FAST, and it's pretty complete.
