Amagami has never been a harem story, even in the VN each heroines never compete to get Junichi's Love. The facts is still each arcs is a different parallel world, so you can't just "merge" them together. It's a reset not a continuation.

The Wine analogy fails.

-Time reset to square 1
-Drink Wine B
-Time reset to square 1

In the end, the fact is you only drink 1 wine. Even in a parallel world you'll still only drink 1 wine.

Harem Rules
1. There's more than 2 Girls in the show
2. All the girls Love the protagonist At the same time
3. All the girls will compete to get the protagonist affection
4. Protagonist is likely to be indecisive


Amagami does not have point 2, 3, and 4.
2. In different Arc there's only one girl that loves the protagonist
3. Only one girl tries to get the protagonist affection
4. Protagonist cannot be indecisive since there's only one girl as the Love focus.


harems are clearly animes like To-Love-Ru, Ai Yori Aoshi

QFT. There's no "stupid" competition for Love attention, and there's only one girl who actually likes him per Arc. So, no it's not a Harem anime.

I only had it from last March, so I can't sense it well, other than it's starting to get GREAT games.

Like I said earlier, I don't hate NTR, and actually read/watch them, but that doesn't stop me from playing Romantic Vns like To Heart 2 and Tokimeki Memorial 4, both are Pure Romance Vns and Dating sims, that doesn't even have "high drama" in them. lol

In the end the only thing that matters is whether you think "Fictional" NTR like this will affect your head(heart) or not. :D

I'm not phased by it, since there's some that's even worst than NTR.

I watched Hentai for the H-scenes, the story is a just a bonus.

you can always skip directly to the H-scene AND turning off the subtitles (if you play soft subbed an MKV file)

By doing this you won't even know that it's NTR (well, at least till the protagonist shows up, and you finally catch the gist of the story)

factors why I'm not phased:
1. It's only an H-anime, with a "darker" story. (NTR stories are not bad, it's just dark)

2. It's not happening to myself. (Unless I'm a certain character from the manga "Hen Zemi"..lol)

3. Basically it's still Sex between female and Male(s)... lol

4. I've seen much worse NTRs in eroges, the H-anime ones are actually mediocre level.

Ironically, when it's reversed NTR, I don't see people yelling. lol

TL;DR
I don't hate it, and this comes from a guy who has played more variety of Eroge genres than the usual people. So, I always meet up with something much more worst the NTR.

2nd problem for that => Language Barriers

I don't have any problems with this but the general NA PS3 players will do.
