I also noticed multiple names for the same artist, and some that have the same name, but when you use the link to see more by them, it leaves some out.two i can think of off the top of my head are mogudan/nakayohi mogudan, and inazuma/digital accel works.
those 2 "name" version is the most annoying thing in any information database, since it can cause confusion and inconsistency, and even worse double entry.
