I'm sticking to the idea for a bonus reclaim rights for the ones who get the "loyalty bonus".

it's much more useful if that certain loyal user wants to maintain his/her favorite waifu, rather than throwing them all up in the reclaim week.

so the bonus is "You have the right to make (at least) 2 reclaims in the next reclaim week.

well, that's just me though, since I'm a more "Quality person" than "Quantity person"

Edit: The idea that "it's not fair" for newbies isn't logical to me. Since, Basically these loyal members deserves something positive as an incentive for always supporting game. Analogically speaking "I paid more for this game, why did that new guy who paid half my price has the same accommodation as I do" well.. something like that you got the picture
