I only once changed my avi into a girl, and that's limited to my waifu. since I want people to see that I'm a guy for their "first impression", and I want to be seen like the guy in my avatar right now.

well, Like I said, prove the admins that you're worthy for that title, Post something "Big and shiny" that will attract many users to acknowledge you.

admins cannot just give out titles, just because they like one writer.

Giving out titles is easy, proving that you're worthy is the trickiest part.
