How do I get FAKKU Elite status?
To gain Elite status, you must have 500 posts. Refer to the Forum rules.
How do I get FAKKU Elder status?
For the FAKKU Elder status, you must have 1000 posts. Again, refer to the forum rules. These numbers are subject to change at administrative discretion as the forum grows.
Are there special privileges awarded with the Elite/Elder status or is it just nifty bragging rights?
Just nifty bragging rights, for now.
What about the other FAKKU titles?
FAKKU Global Moderator - These staff members have moderator powers over the entire forum, and can access the Report List and ban users for violating the rules.
FAKKU Moderator - Moderators of one or more specific forums.
FAKKU Translator/Editor/Subber/Scanlator - Members of the resident translation team. These are the people who work very hard to bring you our translated releases.
FAKKU Uploader - The Uploader status is a special status given to exceptional users who we feel have contributed material to the site immensely, whether it be in the image section or uploads of doujins, manga, games, and/or anime, over a long period of time. And yes, this means the uploader status is higher than the elite/elder status.
FAKKU Artist - This rare title is awarded to outstanding artists on FAKKU who have contributed over a period of time. If you feel you deserve this title, contact an admin (Jacob, Raze, or Nikon) for consideration.

While Artist/uploaders/translators is a contribution merit
well, the others are self-explanatory

Not all visual novels are H-games though...
One example that a person can get confused because of this....
I'm not talking about content, I'm talking about the matter that people try to "separate" a VN and a H-game.. and even till the point they start to think that a VN is 100% different than a "H-game"
they are literally the same, but one is SFW and one is NSFW. *facepalm*

lol, and I'll add some to that advise
here's some skills that you maybe need (Or if you have a lot of money)
1. Awesome writing skills (or find a guy that makes novels)
2. Awesome coding skills (or find a guy that is coding savvy)
3. Awesome Drawing/CG skills (or find a guy that is a Pro in this)
4. Awesome music composing skills and know what music is supposed to be inserted. ( or make an audition)
5. Awesome amount of Communication (if you're making it in a team)
6. Awesome amount of Motivation
7. Awesome amount of a time
the point is "DO NOT back down from your own project
if you don't have the motivation, and the determination to do this, then I advise you to give up now, and do something else
since you don't want your VN to be "under-average" I expect you to be more "Iron Fisted" if you want to make this a team project.
think this as a "whip of progress", from a guy that once planned to make one, but failed.
