FYI, Qin Shi Huang Only made the Terracotta that consist of ALL his LOYAL soldiers in HIS ARMY, so the ability to actually summon 100 Chinese Heroes is NULL, he can only summon E Class heroes that is HIS OWN PERSONAL ARMY. Which means he's just as strong as Rider Alexander's Noble Phantasm.

and You can't call another A Class servant if you're not a Magi or a Servant who has A lot of Mana and Knowledge about summoning magic, Caster Medea did that but her servant was even a FAKE Hero.
