Not really practica,l since I also got some haters a month ago that -rep like 3 or 4 times in my own favorite section the Vn upload and discussions.



well, that will really annoy "serial haters", it won't effect too much on the normal users that rep normally.

He's one of the FAkku "technicians" that are helping Jacob coding and etc. The whole title thing is just a formality though. :D

I'm paying $70 for only a 1 MB speed, that's a real rip-off, But I can't complain about it though, since my country is still in the "dark ages" of internet and technology.

FYI, my real speed drops down to 100 KBps

well, I don't see much of a difference, than just "simplifying" it for animated reasons. Like your usual less sketchy lines, more Bolder lines and colors

I once made a suggestion about "rep cycles" in the past, but maybe it was considered to complex.

the original suggestion was
"You need to +/- rep 5/10 a user before repping the same user again"

Just 1 user cycle isn't enough.

seriously, studying s WAY faster than waiting, I just finished my JLPT 1st level in one month, and the minimal level for working and understanding is level 4.

The possibility of someone requesting something and got the wrong picture is small.

well, I was once in a Japanese Culture Club in high school, we basicly study Japanese cultures, languages and all the miscellaneous things.

sometimes we watch anime together, going to a Con and sell anime goods in the school bazaar. we even did a mini cosplay fashion show too, more like Kimono fashion show to be exact, since the club has too many girls in it.

well, if it's going to be focused on anime only:
-Watching new animes together
-discuss the anime currently being watch
-plan an event that is anime related (cosplay, group project, etc).

it's kinda hard to think about the activities if it's focused on one thing like this.

BTW, harmonian's statement is invalid. my club have 8 girls in it, and they're not ugly fat kids, and we also got a some Cute twins too. Ironically the guys were only 2 at my generation, and increased it to 6 when I was chairman.

so in the end the status of the club when I have to quit from there is
10 Girls, 5 Boys
