What is the "standard" of "not being able to upload"?
-Upload speed? NO, I upload with a speed of 8-20kbps, and usually more than 2 gbs
-Upload files? No, All of them can be found, downloaded, and re upload it again.

The logical excuse for this is:
1. You don't have your own PC
2. You don't have an internet connection

I know Shin. Une Fille Blanche, KimiNozo, and eden* are the real ones that needs a quick translation. But I like Baldr Sky more, so I voted for it.
