I'd definitely have to second Oda Nobuna...I do love it, but some friends dropped it because they were lost due to their lack of knowledge concerning who the Mino Triumvirate were.

I'd think 3-4 pages would be enough, a chapter would be good too though.
You just need that amount to tell whether the art is to your liking and what the overall feel of the book will be like I would think.
