In that sort of situation, memories would be jumbled and lack vividness. Yet, as we all know, this world is very vivid. Plus if your brain gets those seven minutes it isn't going to flash through your life, it's going to be firing signals like crazy trying to to prevent your death. A.K.A. you'll probably be seizing/going comatose.
