Contact Amazon and find out what's wrong and see if they plan to fulfill the order. They have been taking issue with our books because they are for adults and unfortunately it's on them.

I meant to reply yesterday, your account should be all set! And I have added a free month of subscription time onto your account because the issue was our fault.Thank you I was feeling really pushed around. I normally try to avoid making public shows like forum posts but I'm glad to see you guys aren't ignoring me
No problem at all, we never actually got your emails (assuming you used the contact form). I went a double checked, the only contact we have from you was via a PM to me and I don't check them often.

Now that subscriptions are live we are faced with new challenges when thinking about the design of FAKKU. Because FAKKU itself is publishing all (or the majority) of content on the website, it is safe to assume it will all be high quality and worth reading if you are interested in its tags. Previously you could make an argument that as time went on the content on the website got better, so browsing through the years of past uploads didn't have much value. That is no longer the case.
This is even more important when thinking about a new user that hasn't been keeping up to date with the front page. We need to surface content from our back catalog that a new user may not realize we have, we want them to get the absolute most value out of their subscription (assuming, value = time spent reading = amount of faps). It's on us to come up with ways to surface that content to people, so you view the content on FAKKU as a massive library rather than just the latest on the front page.
I imagine this is a problem all big catalog websites like Netflix, Crunchyroll, Steam, etc are faced with and are attempting to solve. In the coming months we will be exploring different ways and designs to make our back catalog more obvious, including the one here. This is what the new /manga landing page will look like soon (click the image to see it in action). The idea is to build upon the idea of specialized categories that websites like Netflix procedurally generate, but do it for hentai.
Let me know what you think and if you have ideas of your own based on what I've said. Or even if you have some fun categories you'd like to see in the future, as the diversity of our catalog grows there will be lots of opportunities for some fun ones. You can view the /discover page here.

You're right that your most recent charge was not successful, but your account still had a flag on it about an active subscription. You should be all set now and have the ability to re-subscribe, welcome back!

Well it's not the weekend and download links aren't there after countdown (as of 6:02pm est here)Few minutes! Their being published as we speak.
Linking to websites that host rips of FAKKU content is not allowed, simple as that. And it would be hypocritical of us given our relationship with the artists to allow you to link to scanlation websites now that we've gone legit, so no, don't do it.
Just sent you an email with more details, we can continue talking there. It will come from jacob@fakku.net
To clarify if there is ever censored content on FAKKU, it will most likely be provided by a publisher that is not FAKKU. So if we decide to work with other English publishers.
There will be times where content is made available on FAKKU that is censored, when that happens the uncensored/censored tags are more useful. For now, it primarily serves as a way to tell new users (unfamiliar with what we offer) that the content is uncensored.

Why is ビッムtranslated as "bitch"? Do Fakku translators not know 和製英語?It's supposed to be "slut"
The cover image above is actually the original Japanese version (with our logo), where they chose to use the English word "bitch". Our final version of the title may change between now and when we release, for now we're using that.

I'd double check if it has your billing address attached to it, and double check it's approved for adult content. Apparently they sometimes need to be approved for adult content to work with this site as wellNevermind guys, I got my bank statements from the automat yesterday and noticed the date of the money transfer from my bank account to my prepaid card account says 01/25/16, even though in my online banking the date says 01/23/16. In other words, I was tricked into thinking I already had money on my prepaid card, WHICH I DIDN'T. No wonder the transaction was declined. I just retried buying a book and it worked perfectly fine.
For anyone coming from Germany who is customer at Volksbank: You can use their prepaid credit cards (the now so-called BasicCards) for payments at Fakku. I guess other banks will have similar offers, which should work as well. Also, if one from the team could maybe take this into a list of accepted cards, that would be sweet.
Glad you figured it out! And I'm happy to hear it wasn't a problem on our end.
