Based on the story content, seems that FMC (Imamura-san) has been strung along with a series of lies, half-truths and innuendos regarding the way her "boyfriend" treats her in their relationship; even to the point where she's deluding herself regarding his cheating ways (Page 4).
Short and simple, here's trusting that, by the end, she has (literally) dumped his ass, after discovering that MC (Sasahara-kun) is a way better partner (both in and out of bed).
