I recall reading somewhere that sometimes doctors IRL have a nurse present if & when examining female patients so that no-one can claim the doctor trying to *cough-cough* "do something naughty" during the examination. It's almost anyone's guess how that would have worked out if a nurse was present here, unless Sana-chan held back on "making that move".

Seems this time around, it took getting disrespected at a mixer by folks who simply don't 'get them' for Mitamura and Tsukamoto to realize the spark of mutual feelings between themselves. And they acted upon that realization most splendidly.

Personally, I hold back on considering this "Vanilla". It's just hot 'n' heavy sex involving a girl who seems to be one step away from dropping out of college and becoming a "NEET" (or something) and a guy who seems unwilling to assert himself in the face of so much free and willing "T.A.P.
