EDIT: Having re-visited this and carefully gone through the story afresh, my initial conclusion has changed as follows (keeping it as short and simple as I can):
MC (Sukejima-kun) initiated Sex with Senba for all the wrong reasons, spending more time feeding his lust than helping her develop more of a backbone. And (IMHO) it didn't help that Senba only seemed to put up token resistance. In The End, they seemed to agree to go out with each other ... wait, what?
Revised Conclusion: "Well That Was Something Completely F_CKED UP!"

By virtue of being slightly older than him (just speculating), a Sexy Onee-san like Saya-san just might be what Takafumi-kun needs to break out of his current state. Plus (and IMHO) she seems to take a liking to him, compared to his big bro's "been there, done that" attitude, which seems to now be a bit of a turn-off for Saya.
