My fiancee doesn't believe in carbon-14 dating, fossil evidence, logical progression, heavy element half-life proof of the Earth's age or anything. Everything was created 6,000 years ago exactly as it is... Math, science, history, all invalid to her. She's threatening to break up with me if I don't believe what she does, very Christian of her "believe what I want or I'll hurt you". How can I argue that I'm entitled to my opinion with someone who doesn't listen to logic, evidence or common sense?Break up. The ideological difference is far too vast.
Also, it looks like she's imposing herself on you.

Thanks stinkyman, this really helps. The above topics look really interesting. I'd better follow up on them.
For all you deathcore fans, Veil of Maya's new album 'Eclipse' is out. Marc's signature riffing style sounds amazing as always.
There's nothing notably different about the album compared to [id] except for perhaps a clean instrumental(Eclipse) and some heavy keyboard dependence on Vicious Circles and Winter is Coming Soon.
My favourite tracks off the album were Punisher and Glass Slide.

I need a cool topic for a seminar on computer technology. The topic must be something trending and new (preferably software based, but not necessarily). Any resources attached would be a bonus for me.
