The admins have the rep log and knows who +/- rep who. Problem is, it's the user's choice on how they want to use it. I don't think Jacob has much authority over controlling how they rep people but he should be able to help somehow.
Well since these two are similar I've put this to see which character is better.
They are both from their sequel series, Zeta Gundam and Gundam SEED Destiny. Both are hot headed, both have lost their families, and both are the main characters for their shows... sorta (if you know what I mean).
