It kinda looks like you have the "round face type". To help with this you want to add angles. (Whether from glasses and shades) or from having a side swoop bang.

I'd keep away from cutting your hair too short. (Coming from someone who also has a round face and did it... It made me look like a guy.) So about shoulder length should bring focus away from the width of your face. (Aka I don't suggest getting something chin length or shorter.)
I have mine shoulder length and the side bang is pretty fun. I have it at a length right now, that for work I can just use hairstyling gel and hair pins to keep it out of my face and look nicely in a bun. (But I read that you don't want bangs, so maybe get shorter layers around your face?)
Edit: Also layers are amazing! Long or short is up to you. I go for short layers personally.
The picture you posted looks pretty good I'd just suggest maybe a bit longer than that.

Yes, very possible. A student in this year's college spring interactive multimedia show did something similar with making objects into sensors: he made a piece of campus sculpture a musical instrument that you had to just touch to play!

Help me decide what style to go with. I'm thinking like, shoulder length (right now it's WAY long, hasn't been cut in about a year!) styles.
My friend photo-shooped this style onto a pic of mine (along with some creepy makeup colors... so excuse those, I don't really look like that lol) as a suggestion.
What say you all? I know I do want to get it short, but long enough to at least tuck behind my ears (NO BANGS, did that enough and hate it...) and at longest allowable length, be able to tie into a ponytail.

Prom sucks. Just an over-crowded dance floor that lasts for only a few hours. It's the stuff after prom when the fun really begins.Ugh, no. Drunken high schoolers? Just stupid.
The "popular" girls at my school (all girls school to boot) convinced an acquaintance of mine to become friends with them, and then pretty much suggested she host a giant after-prom for the whole junior class at her nice, large home.
Her parents agreed on condition of no booze. The girl also thought that was fine, and the girls told her they'd stick to that... needless to say some of the girls' dates hid some bottles in the backyard and snuck it in, getting the host in major trouble with her parents. And of course, people got sick.
My friends and I spent the night abstaining and helping the girl's mom and brother clean up and check on people. Then again, we were just nice like that.
Seriously, if a child had been hurt under their watch, that's no laughing matter in the eyes of the law.
Next year we just went to my best friend's house and marathoned the original Star Wars films. Way more fun :)
