Well it would have some effect by making them read the rules. It could work but then again some others would just skip it. Like the user agreement forms for registering other crap.
Well I'm thinking of dropping history cause it seems to be too much for me with it being a double semester class plus political science is also being taught at the same time. It just seems too difficult for me as of now.
