I always watch the behind-the-scenes stuff for Horror movies.
Other genres I don't find as interesting. I'm always curious to see how creative make-up artists and props builders get in horror movies.
I absolutely loved the extras on the US uncut version of 'Hatchet'.

Pretty much the same as with the music industry, though they began to adapt to the new market SLOWLY.

I have Japanese music (like Nightmare's The World Ruler), but no Anime songs per se. Ok, make that two, technically (since the first Death Note OP and ED are on that disc).
Other than that, most of my music is way older than me. 60s and 70s ftw.
Only Anime OST I have is the first Hellsing OST, but I never watched the show, really. The OST is just such a great piece of music - jazz rock, I'd call it.
