lol, during that one Halloween I went as Yoruichi, I brought in pics of her hair to my hairdresser so he could cut it that way and teach me how to style the flyaways and stuff. But usually, I trust my hairdresser to do whatever the fuck he wants--he knows not to cut it too short, and that's my only requirement for hair.

That happens to me when I'm too tired and start having sex, or after too much sex...to me it kinda feels like you're stuck in a very long F1, but you can't peak any more.

It's entirely the wrong shade of pink for me too--I prefer pale pinks or dusky pinks. But hey, Hello Kitty! It'll go well with my Hello Kitty toaster. XD

Anyway, I shall turn in for tonight--didn't get any sleep at all last night and I have another long-ass studio day tomorrow so I need mah beauty sleep. Good night, everyone!

Yeah, some scientists believe it is the Skene's gland; others believe it has to do with vaginal wall thickness or structures homologous to the urethral sponge in males. There is yet another faction that believes that it is an extension of clitoral tissue. Whatever it is, more research is required!

I was too busy being molested by the Flying Spaghetti Monster this month I'm poor and lazy this month so this is a last minute entry--vegetarian yakisoba. It's a noodle, so it counts, I think.

The best yakisoba is made with fresh ramen or yakisoba noodles, like the Maruchan brand ones I used for this month. However, in a pinch, you can use instant ramen as well, as long as you underboil it.

The Neko Orgasm Scale (NOS) is based on Kgods F-scale, but adapted specifically for the female form. Levels also range from 1-5, roughly corresponding with the intensities and satisfactions on the Kgods F-scale. However, in NOS, there is an added locus modifier for the different areas that orgasms can originate in women. Please bear in mind that the data this scale is based on comes from a sample of N=1 (N being Neko, of course); therefore other women may experience the loci differently, or not at all, depending on the case. The loci and sensations for each locus will be explained below.

C-Locus: Clitoris
C-locus orgasms are ones that mainly come from direct clitoral stimulation. The clitoris has been shown to be the easiest and most reliable method to attain orgasm for most women, and in my sample of N=1, this holds true as well. C-locus orgasms are generally characterized by sharp, stabbing pleasure that centers in the crotch area and can spread all over the body. Consecutive C-locus orgasms can occur; however this is not always desired because too many C-locus orgasms in a row can become extremely uncomfortable or even painful.

C-1 to C-4 orgasms are fine, but C-5 orgasms are so intense that it almost completely bypasses pleasure and segues into pain. Reaching C-5 is not recommended unless you are feeling particularly masochistic.

G-Locus: G-spot
The g-spot has been a subject of much debate. Some scientists do not believe it is a distinct structure, whereas others have demonstrated physiological differences that may indicate the existence of this spot. In my sample of N=1, experiments have shown evidence that strongly suggests the existence of the g-spot. Stimulation of a certain area in the vaginal wall consistent with most reports of where the g-spot is located can produce orgasms, with or without additional clitoral stimulation. G-locus orgasms are usually characterized by deep, pulsing, and throbbing sensations that wash over the body in waves. Consecutive G-locus orgasms can occur, and the sensations generally become more intense with each orgasm. Unlike C-locus orgasms, too many consecutive G-locus orgasms do not cause pain--only an intense feeling of happiness, tiredness and occasionally soreness that manifests itself the next day.

Levels G-1 to G-3 can be achieved through g-spot stimulation alone. G-4 and G-5 are technically both G- and C-locus, since they require both g-spot and clitoral stimulation to get to that point. However, I classify them as G-locus because the sensations are more consistent with this group.

N-Locus: Nipples
Orgasms induced solely through nipple stimulation are rare. Research suggests that it may be caused by "crossed wiring" in the brain, where sensation from the nipples travels to the same part of the brain as sensations from the genitals. In my sample of N=1, this has occurred a number of times. N-locus orgasms are characterized by warm sensations shooting back and forth between the breast and crotch areas, but the sensations are not as intense as C- or G-locus orgasms. Consecutive N-locus orgasms and N-locus orgasms of intensity N-3 or greater have not been observed.

My junior prom was horrid. I got asked out by my crush, which I was suuuuuuper excited about! But we ended up NOT talking all night, and I talked more with the other people at the table. Guh, so annoying. At least I made a new friend that night. I ended up ditching him after we had our picture taken, and hung out with my friends instead.

Senior prom was better, because I went out with my cuddly bear of a friend, and we had a blast!

If you look back a couple of pages, the issue of adoption has already been addressed. It has been stated several times on this thread that adoption is not always the best solution. But if you want a more in-depth explanation, here it is.

I absolutely agree with him. Pregnancy isn't a cakewalk. Pregnancy can and does kill women, and even if it doesn't, it's a huge strain. It's expensive to pay for pre-natal visits and labor and delivery, and if the woman is poor, how is she to pay for that? Under the NHS, I suppose those are covered, but still, the loss of work hours for doctor's visits and for maternal leave could make a dent in one's finances. I did post some numbers earlier--too lazy to look for that post but in the US it was about $400 for an abortion vs. at least $8000 for carrying a pregnancy to term. And for what? I've said before on the thread that the foster care/adoption system is already swamped with a unwanted children. Skymir also mentioned this fact in this post:

Why add to that if the woman does not want to? It's not like if you pop out a child, there is instantly and magically a set of adoptive parents that will want it. White, healthy babies are more "prized" by adoptive parents, while Black (or other minority) and/or babies with disabilities and other health problems have trouble being adopted and end up languishing in orphanages or the foster care system until they get kicked off.

Sure, as you said, you can add funding to the adoption system to make the lives of these children a little better, but that still does not address the fact that there are more adoptable children than potential adopters. Adoption isn't cheap. In the US adoptive parents can expect to pay between $5,000 to $40,000, depending on the circumstances of the adoption. For that price, many childless couples would rather pay for IVF or other assisted reproduction technologies to get their own biological child, rather than adopt a child. Some adoptive parents would also rather adopt from abroad rather than from "the system," for various reasons. This would decrease the likelihood that the child would be adopted.

There is also the emotional strain that the both the birth mother and adoptive families can go through. Pro-lifers like to say that abortion can give you mental health issues, but in reality, those are more likely to happen with adoption. Birth mothers can suffer from depression, anxiety, and a slew of other mental health disorders due to the grief of separation from the child. Adoptive children can suffer from attachment difficulties, behavioural problems, learning disabilities and so forth--if the adoptive child was from a poor mother who did not get good pre-natal care and nutrition during the pregnancy, this is more likely to happen. Those problems can cause further strain in adoptive families. Some sources estimate that up to 2/3 of adoptions have moderate to severe problems.

Now, I'm not saying that adoption is always bad, but it definitely has a longer list of problems associated with it, and these problems are more common than you would think. This is why I fucking hate it when people throw it out as a solution to unwanted pregnancies like it's not a big deal at all. If the woman wants to go through it, great--more power to her, and she should absolutely be supported in this issue--but adoption should not be forced upon anyone just because they did not have the resources to undergo an abortion.

Finally, on the point about society paying for the mistake or irresponsibility, Razbutane does bring up the point that even if the child were delivered, that is also society paying--and paying much, much MORE, at that. You may say that it's more moral to do so, but others, myself included, may feel that it is more immoral and irresponsible to bring into the world a child that you know will not be cared for. Sex happens, and even with planning, women may get pregnant. You can crow about responsibility and maturity until the cows come home, but it's just a fact of life that humans are sexual beings and that shit happens. I would rather that women have access to a full range of choices for unplanned pregnancies--whether that is abortion, adoption, or keeping the baby--rather than limiting it due to finances or laws or whatever reason.
