R2 might work better though, but don't take my word. It definitely has more potential than R1 based off of GU's gameplay, but it probably won't happen with the failure of .hack//Fragment.

I'm talking about them making a game based off The World as seen in SIGN and LotT. It wouldn't have any connections to the anime at all. Meaning no Shugo, no Tsukasa, and sure as hell no Haseo.
