Maybe check out some toons I grew up with and see if they still hold up.
I've found AnimeToon.tv but their selection lacks cartoons I've heard of and would like to check out (Ni-Hao Kai Lan being one of those because... Why not? I liked Dora as a kid, so why not her Chinese counterpart? And I can't find The Adventures of Super Mario Bros 3 on there )
