It 100% depends on who is in power.
Those in power call in terrorism. Those who aren't, call it rebellion, insurgency, whatever.
The side that wins is in power, so if the bloody side (the supposed terrorists) win, they aren't terrorists anymore.
The people in Iraq killing american troops? Terrorists. Why? because they're not in power.
The Taliban during the height of the cold war? Freedom fighters. Why? Because America supported them as proxy against Russia, and america basically won the cold war. After the russians left afghanistan and the taliban USED THE EXACT SAME TACTICS against Russians that they learned from americans agaisnt americans, the switch was flipped, boom, they're now terrorists.

Who's that girl in the OP? I keep on seeing her in various censorship topics.
Anyway, if the bill passes, anime and manga will still be around. It will just be more sanitized. Much much more sanitized. Pokemon would probably be the most adult manga and anime that will be publicly available. Anime and manga won't die, but it will be boring as hell, too.

Polygamy is cool.
A man can marry a dozen or so foreign women, and in a year they'll all be US citizens. Hell. I'll be a US citizen then turn myself into a money making machine. Pay me $50k, I'll marry you and you'll be a US citizen before you know it. We don't even have to see each other. And it will all be LEGAL. Right now, 400,000k citizens a year are created by naturalization. That figure will explode if polygamy is allowed.
Eat that, anti-immigrants dicks.
In all seriousness, people shouldn't look at polygamy in terms of "love". If polygamy were allowed, it _will_ be abused, as above.

Damn you're greedy. Do you ever give money away like that?
A friend is about a person _giving_ you stuff without asking for something in return. The point is that a friend is someone who is willing to share what he has with you. Money is simply something quantifiable and concrete.
You have a very funny understanding of the word "greedy."
And the answer is yes. I have given and received money like that. How about you? How much have you sacrificed for a friend? How much have your "friends" sacrificed for you?
People that will give me money, no strings attached. The more money they're willing to give me if I ask (or better yet, not ask) in relation to how much money they can afford, the better the friend they are. I'm not talking about a couple of bucks. Think of a guy giving you few hundred or thousand dollars, when they're just flipping burgers or unemployed. _that's_ a friend.
Seriously.
The thing here is that people are greedy. When someone is willing to overcome their greed for you, that is a friend, especially if they're not rich themselves. It goes beyond simple trust -- people you trust, you LEND money, not give money to. People who are willing to give you money (again, depends on how much they make themselves) are people who care and love you. Parents will give you money. Your spouse will give you money. Your siblings _might_ give you money. Only your closest, dearest friends will give you money.

What kind of knowledge are you looking for? If its academic, school would give you more things to learn about rather than the internet.
Or are you asking for advice? What year are you in?

If humans had to wait for every to snake to bite rather than think "it's a snake; it might bite", mankind would have been dead a long time ago.
Brightly colored mushrooms and frogs, same thing. "I'm poisonous, check out my colors, yo." Sure, there are some brightly colored snakes, frogs and mushrooms that aren't deadly, but hey, I'm not touching any of them unless proven otherwise.
My, how racist of me.
Anyway, the big difference between humans and animals is that humans can think and evaluate rather than acting instinctively.

a guy that's highest position is working at the customer service desk at Best Buy.
Given that the girl is 18, and the guy is slightly older (18-20), I utterly fail to see the problem here.
If the guy is of comparable age, then likely he hasn't even graduated college yet. The fact that he holds a job at that age is a plus, not a minus. When I was that age I was dicking around in college then fooling around in my spare time, rather than have a job.
If the guy is in his 40's that's another thing entirely. But given that you mentioned the guy's job rather than his age, it likely isn't that great of a difference.
Bullying is despicable. there was a newsreport a couple of weeks back about a father threatening the kids bullying his handicapped daughter, and I fully support his action.
That being said, suicide is social darwinism at work.

It depends, really.
Logically, if the consquences of failure are worse than the consequences of not trying, the trying and failing is worse. And sometimes, even if you do achieve the goal, the cost is too high (the term "phyrric victory" exists for a reason).
There have been some endeavors that I wish I never tried.
Going to medschool was a waste of 10 years of my life, for example. I wish I never tried. If I had just graduated and gone to work, I might have some money right now. Instead, I went to med school, spent 6 more years studying, then after graduating realized that I was so incredibly, unbelievably unhappy with what I was doing that I couldn't do it anymore.

No. For the most part, my country deserves it.
Sticks and stones yada yada yada.
If it gets _personal_ (for example, I'm treated badly), that's another matter.

Why on earth do I have to kill a child if I can just stuff a sock in him mouth (or otherwise gag/smother him) instead? If he dies, its unfortunate, but that's a completely different situation from deliberately killing him.
I could never deliberately kill a person (and most definitely someone I love), even to save 30 people, or even a million.

Does the Point of View of a narrator affect your sexual arousal, in such a way that, if you're a guy, then I would be more aroused if the narrative was from the guy's point of view. Please categorize your response in coordination with your biological sex. :D
Thanks guys!
It really depends on the writer's skill, rather than the POV, but I generally don't like reading 1st person.
When I read the opening lines of Moby Dick, I cringed.
There are exceptions. "Marie" and "Leda in Black and White" are examples of incredibly hot 1st person POV novels.
I am male. POV of male or female doesn't matter to me, although I noticed that POV male stories are often more narcissistic that I'd like.
So i guess my answer is: male, POV _does_ affect.
If they were killed, then it just proves their point.
Freedom of speech and religion and so on. If people can burn flags, why not books?
As of now, its a guy using freedom of speech to demonstrate that he's an asshole. On the other hand, stopping him will result in shitstorm that will undermine the ideals of america itself. What's next, protesters against Obama are going to be stopped, too, under the pretense that they're inciting a trouble? REporters doing stories on miltary human rights abuses because it will "endanger the troops?"?
Perhaps the authorities could step in to ensure that the plan does not go ahead?

Keep in mind that anime is cel shaded -- a uber simplified method of shading.
So, while it is possible to make a 3D anime image, it would still look flat. Either that, or it doesn't look like an anime and is shaded realistically, rather than cel-shaded. A cel-shaded 3d image is a waste of effort -- it will still look flat because of the shading.
In other words, it will look like Miku Hatsune's live concert (which was quite impressive, actually), or a 3d version of pixar movies, or a 3d version of Final Fantasy, rather than a 3d version of a cel-shaded anime.

You cannot practice medicine in the US without taking your residency there and then passing the US board, which is in english.
Also note that "penicillin" is still penicillin even in other languages. There are some drugs which are known differently in the US (for example, acetaminophen in the US, paracetamol everywhere else in the world), but "penicillin" is used worldwide, no matter what school you went to.
As for the topic:
Is it surprising that immigrants are preyed on by criminal gangs, when they can't even turn to the police for help?
But, hey, they're in the country illegally, so they must deserve being treated like dogs, right? Right?
