I've always found it very easy to understand the way Japanese names work. Having been in ROTC for a long time, I've always been very used to calling people by their last name, it certainly helps keep a definitive line between acquaintance and friend. It's far more difficult to do that in the western world though; most people in America and Europe initially introduce themselves with only their first name, and do not include their family name.




I hate when TL's switch names around like that, I think it's a bit insulting to not refer to a character in the way the country of origin intended.

Anime has not warped my sense of reality, but like loller said; it has given me some good lessons. Lessons mainly on what not to do, and how not to act. Sometimes I think they put these stupid situations in Anime because they're trying to tell you something; probably this.

There is an error in which if you attempt to make a post that is not long enough and you redirect yourself back to the post in question, clicking the post reply button does not work. Refreshing the page does not work, but going back a page and then hitting the reply button again resets it.

This applies to normal forum posts as well as manga comments.

A thousand times this

The old ads took 3 seconds to load before you saw the ad, then another few seconds before you were even given the option of skipping it. The way this ad system works now lets me just close it our almost instantly. And at least this one shows up at the very beginning and not when I'm in the middle of a page.

For you, maybe. For a lot of other people, it would keep going after 10 or 15 for just one manga.
