As much as I like Parsee, and how I hold her in high regard among SA casts as a whole, I am well aware that my opinion of her is heavily influenced by unproven personal speculations. Even with it considered, I still know too little about her.

At this point of my Touhou-life, I am not sure that there is a way for my list to change, especially for those within the top-4 rankings.



I suppose that means you have evolved; from Botamon to Koromon.

Short story short, I just find it's unfortunate that we like the same character, yet we cannot talk about her from the same side of the river. Though, don't think that I am going to rule out people who are willing to look eye-to-eye with their conversation partner. In here, I am just going with the worst case scenario.

It's okay since everyone has their own opinion. I understand that much.
But then again, would that make separation between fellow fans like "I am not going to shove a cactus down your ass for liking your Momiji as long as you don't condemn me for liking my own Momiji". With that being said, I suppose if those people have time to go wild on characters that they don't even own, then they are better off making their own characters that they can put make-up however they see fit. Surely it'd be more interesting that way.

Isn't it sad, Sacchin.
Well, those things are nice too. But I am more referring to people who seem to disregard the lack of actual information for more fans-friendly Momiji fanon counterpart. Just my opinion, I think Momiji, or every character for that matter, deserves better than just that kind of recognition. More nice stuffs is good, but excessive exploitation is a no.

Because I had deal with various kind of fans in the past. There were some people who came from doujins and stay there, there were some people who came from fanvideos and stay there, there were some people etc. If I could choose, I wouldn't want fans from anime to join in. I had enough with people arguing about elitism via only the media they came from.

That's my personal opinion. Other than that, I don't want to see Touhou exposed to anime-industries/lovers. We all know how bad things would be if they managed to find a darling from Touhou. Who in the world needs another Saber-K-ON_Mio-(you name hyped girl) exploitation?

What is your opinion about characters who are popular because of unique reasons?
That italic word is just my diplomatic way of saying 'wrong'. Let's take one example: Momiji. There is hardly any official information about her, yet some people already pound the hammer by proclaiming that she is tsun to Aya, dedicated laborer, cute, etc anything.

None as far as I know. And I hope there will never be one. ZUN himself doesn't seem to like the idea.
