Just logically presuming that what goes in affects what comes out. If she drinks plenty and sustains herself on plenty of natural sugars and vitamins, it'll probably taste better than the urine of a heavy smoker/drinker who lives off of doritos and happy meals.

I'd recommend getting connections with any local music scene(s) while building up your soundcloud and Bandcamp pages. After you get a nod from said local scene and a decent online presence you should look into gigs.
All of this could be done while having a full time job btw.
