the one at the bottom is Cao Cao (from the Romance of the 3 Kingdoms) or Sou Sou Motoko(i think in Jap name) or Karin (the special name). She could be found in Visual novel and Anime adaptation of Koihime Musou and Shin Koihime Musou.
This is one of the Visual Novel CG and this one is from the Anime.

I just remembered the one from the top.... it is Adelicia from Rental Magica (the one in the blue dress) and heres another image of her.

The only man at Nagasarete Airantou... The girls want him and take initiatives that sometimes lead to ecchi moments especially at the baths. What does he do? just run away or nose bleeds till he pass out...

and probably those who nosebleeds then faints when one their harem took the lead by showing or doing something ecchi.

Animes and assignments/reports/thesis? works for me... I do my C++ or M.Word in left half and Soul Eater on the right half of the monitor... but sometimes i focus on one of them especially when i get 100% motivated on the report or the main/cool parts of the anime comes...
