lets hope they at least keep it FREE.sadly it was never said that Hentaihaven would become part of Fakku.
which after they went from free to paid became a shitsite with EVERYTHING hidden behind a PAYWALL.
if i knew it was becoming part of fakku i would have downloaded all hentai from the site so i have a local backup
lol

Mope. All the anime is free if you have a subscription to the manga. Been 5 years this jan now. Or 4. I remember I got my first book after they amputated my toe and that was in 2014, but the subscription was later. These threads will never stop, will they
Trying to play Hanahira in Japanese, its nothing special really, usual anime fluff. And I also started playing Danganronpa V3, finished the first trial yesterday. So far I'm not impressed with how they handled the first trial. I do like the cast tho.
Spoiler:
>yuasa
Check out Night is Short, Walk on Girl as well Yuri. Another recent great Yuasa film.

I finished a book called Basic Kanji Book 1 which contains about 250 kanji. I've started on both Tae Kim's Grammar Guide and a book called Japanese in Mangaland. I've also slowly accumulated cards on Anki and I'm past 1000 mature cards. So things has been going steady. Depending on a few variables, I might take a more formal Japanese class next month but there's some things I need to get done before that.
Speaking of japanese, do you have any media recommendations? I'm looking for something with Japanese subtitles (if possible) that has a casual speaking style. It's so hard to find casual conversational Japanese, everything is either uptight or overly dramatic.

Been studying japanese the past months and hope I can make further progress on it.
For games and stuff: Excited for the remake of RE2. I hope samsho or the Granblue fighting game doesn't turn out to be shit. I guess the new steins;gate as well.
Shinkai and Yuasa are both releasing a movie next year so I hope those two turn out well. And Zoku Owarimonogatari should be coming to bluray so I can finally see that.
And to see more good stuff for the mangoose for One Piece and Bloom Into You

2019 is looking to be a great year for Shounen Jump with Bokuben, The Promised Neverland and Dr. Stone all getting a new adaptation. The Promised Neverland being the 2nd highest scoring manga series in WSJ ToC this year with Dr.Stone at number 4.
We're also getting a lot new seasons with some of the biggest series from previous years like One punch Man S2, Attack on Titan S3 pt 2, Chihayafuru S3 and Mob Psycho 100 S2.
There's also some smallar manga that's getting an adaptation with the likes of Hitoribocchi no â—‹â—‹ Seikatsu and Ueno-san wa Bukiyou in the following Winter Season.
And finally F/SN: Heaven's Feel - II, a new take on City Hunter, Makoto Shinkai is premiering his new film Tenki no Ko and Masaaki Yuasa is coming back as well with his film Kimi to, Nami ni Noretara.

2018 was the start of Netflix original anime such as Devilman: Crybaby and Castlevania. It had one of the best seasons in a while with an impressive number of older adaptations and well liked series.
My personal list of anime series and movies dwindle for every year that passes, maybe next year will be different.
Devilman: Crybaby - There's a very stark contract when you compare Devilman to the contemporary anime today. And while I do enjoy a breath of fresh air, it's not without its short comings. Which is namely this, it's very preachy. Regardless, I did enjoy Devilman quite a lot and I hope that Netflix can produce more adaptations of older series that would otherwise not see the light of day but also give more adult oriented content with how gory and sex-filled Devilman is. 7/10
Megalo Box - As a big fan of Ashita no Joe, I was skeptical but optimistic of this new adaptation but it turned out very well. It has a distinct retro look and feel. The pacing was fast, which I liked. The changes they did from the original manga to this re-imagining of Joe were meaningful and made sense. But I wasn't a fan of the ending, I think they rushed the last few episodes and didn't give it the punch the manga is so known for. 8/10
Boku no Hero Academia 3rd Season - I don't have too many issues with this adaptation of BnHA. I think it does what people expect but never exceeds. 7/10
High Score Girl - I only found out about this series recently and I'm exactly the target audience for it. As a big fan of fighting games and primarily older ones, this really catered to my interests. And they didn't a great job at showing the older games and I heard they even got pros to play them so they're actually doing the things you should be doing. This is the strongest aspect of this anime and what differentiates it from the manga. But apart from the old videos games and how they use them, there's much else to it. It's an above average romcom. 7/10
Chuukan Kanriroku Tonegawa - A comedy Kaiji spinoff. I love Kaiji and this is surprisingly funny. Not much else to say. 7/10
Movies
Sadly none of this has come out on bluray yet but I hope I can see them soon.
Non Non Biyori Movie: Vacation
Zoku Owarimonogatari

No multi search with loli because of some ToS reasons regarding the payment service F! uses. Multi-tag search with everything that isnt labeled as controversial however.

Still alive, have no ideal as to why I'm even back on this site, nostalgia probably. I'm getting old, I turn 30 next year. I'm getting married soon. Work as an assistant manager to a book. When I'm not at work I'm at home taking care of the kids (one is mine, 2 more belong to David,(The man I'm marrying in April) I still read, not so much hentai, mostly manga, been spending more time with normal books in my hands more often though, still watch anime from time to time. Over all life for me has become less dramatic, more enjoyable, relaxing. I do some times miss the no fucks given days, and just going wild, but it's time I settle down in life. To be honest and I know I said this before, but I probably will never come back to this site again. This is most likely my last post. I hope you all have a good day, and bright futures, I don't really know how to end this post so....Nice to see you again. You have my blessing on your wedding.
I'm excited for this new anime, I hope they do it justice. Because I think this manga is one of the best things I've read in recent memory, certain the best newest manga.
