Most controversial is decided how many negative votes a manga/doujinshi has. For example look at the most controversial doujinshi. The NHK one on fourth place was done by me alone (you can downvote yourself 2 times). Check it for yourself.

The dance is the same as Gangnam Style but with a few changes. Instead of doing the horse thing he stands still.
