I think in regards to Suzu, it may be that she Loves both Kaede and Hayato and wants to be together with them but she puts them so far ahead of herself that she doesn't consider her own desires. Perhaps she thinks that doing it with Hayato will hurt Kaede's feelings and thus refrains from doing any actual "sex" with him. I just don't think Suzu only tolerates Hayato but also likes him as well because she is rather proactive towards him. In chapter 1 for example, she blows him out of nowhere while Kaede is still on the table and can't see them. Suzu is also rather focused on him in chapter 4 as well.

I really do hope that last panel with Suzu was a jealous stare from her. Kyockcho's art is great but the action itself is starting to feel boring in regards to Suzu. Hayato might fondle, grope or insert a toy into her once in a while but otherwise she is just... there and its lacking as fuck.
