Char's Counterattack, I bought the DVD from SunCoast as a gift to my then boyfriend (and now fiancé) back in 2002. I've been interested in mecha 2-3 years before that, from playing a bunch of Super Robot Wars games on the Playstation.
I'll be there, it'll be my first time attending Fanime and while I'm really excited, I'm not looking forward to the drive up there. lol I'm cosplaying as well, so if you see anyone wearing the following: Amber from Darker Than Black (assuming my unitard arrives on time), Elpeo Puru from Gundam ZZ, Benio Shinada from Star Driver, or Jessica (Genie) from SNSD/Girls' Generation it's most likely me.
All of my online accounts have "shii" in it, but specifically I use this one for forum-type stuff. Its origins? She's an original character by artist Shunya Yamashita, I really liked how the name sounded and I'm obsessed with stripes, particularly shimapan.
I'm a longtime visitor of this site, and finally made an account here last month to keep track of my favorites, so I figure it's about time I finally delurk and start posting on the forums as well.
