EDIT: Nevermind about me wondering how many posts I had. Assuming that the boost was 150 posts, I should have the required amount somewhat soon seeing as how I'm getting more frequent. Well, that is if those that qualified only because of the boost were taken out of the running.
The required post count is lowered to 50 posts anyway, so you should be fine.
