The FAT32 file system only supports files up to 4GB in size. To fix this, you need to reformat your drive to NTFS (New Technology File System.) Make sure to note that formatting your disk will ERASE EVERYTHING on it. To format your disk, go into My Computer, right click on the disk drive and select Format. Make sure the menu is changed to tell it to format to NTFS. Depending on the HDD size, this can take several hours.
