Restarted the computer and so far everything looks back to normal, browsing firefox at normal speeds, pages load fast...watched a couple of videos in HD on you tube.
Just did another scan with MBAM and it found nothing. :D

I just don't get how I got this in the first place...I mean my web surfing habits for the past several weeks have been;
-NHL.com to see the results of matches that I missed
-Mediafire to upload doujins
-You tube, to watch some vids and/or reply to people
-FAKKU, for hentai needs + forums
-IMDB.com to check up on movies/actors
And the occasional games of Warcraft 3 online...the only thing I downloaded recently was this: https://www.fakku.net/viewmanga.php?id=4146
Everything was working fine this morning but when I tried at around 4:00 pm, that's when this shit happened. No one else uses my computer.
Just did another scan with MBAM and it found nothing. :D

I also trust MBAM, but like any other security programs, it has given me some false positives once in a while. It once thought task manager was a backdoor bot, lol. :roll:

So I did, and the connection seems to be fine. I try to do an update on AVG and malwarebytes, both saying they can't connect. So I do a scan, AVG came up clean, but MBAM says I'm infected with:

I just want to be 100% sure this isn't a false positive, as I don't want to delete a file that is essential to windows. I also want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing with MBAM.
Also, even though I'm able to use the internet, the pages load VERY slowly. So I come to the members of FAKKU to get their opinions.
