Say what? The only thing you've mentioned that I said in my post is that the maximum prison sentence is 21 years, and that was hardly the main point of the post.
Besides, I wasn't saying that they'd do a public announcement of his release. I said that it sucks that the sentence is so short, because I do not think he should be allowed out in the world ever again. I also just said that if the Norweigan people found out (in any way), it be better for himself to stay locked up.

So, a while ago a bomb detonated in Oslo, Norway and killed a bunch of people, as well as some people got shot to death by a guy disguised as a cop at the same time. Dunno if there's many ppl from Norway here, but just wanted to say that the hearts of your neighbour country of Sweden goes out to you.
A "tax system" would be much worse, the used games would be so pricey it'd make no sense to buy them instead of a new one. Oh wait, now it dun anyway...
