It was already announced that no version of Megaman is in the final build of the game, but if anything, X has a really good chance of making it in as DLC later on. Just gotta wait.

Overall, even without a version of Megaman, Capcom's side of the roster is looking really good, in comparison to the previous vs. series games, where it was mostly Street Fighter characters. There's a lot of diversity, and it's overall great.
