I'm so late in playing the Heimer rework, then I basically started camping bushes and getting free kills. Forced enemy team to pack blue trinkets and ward their map religiously because they were so scared of 4 turrets pew-pewing them to death. Even with a Visage, those things hurt. o_o And then there's the much improved ranged stun and the I-dunno-how-to-aim-these rockets... oh boy. Too bad he's as squishy and escapeless as ever, though. >:
Escape? Just always be in the middle of your turrets so if they engage they die.

Yasuo is not over-powered on release. He's a good mid but fails against most top laners. I think when people learn to use him a little more there is room for powerful plays from him but I think it'll be a little while before there is a sufficient enough people to warrant worry about too much balancing on him.
edit: Holy crap Karma is so good. I really need to learn how to support with her for future games.

edit: It looks like Yasuo is not as powerful as expected before. Though it's hard to say that people just haven't figured out how to properly use him or not.
I see a lot of people trying to take him top lane, and this just kind of baffles me. Most bruisers will outright shit on a champion like Yasuo.
edit2: Just watched the Dignitas vs Alliance games.
Alliance is very strong. Very strong.
But Dignitas is also under-performing again. And honestly, I see them struggling for another season, yet again.

He's definitely going to be someone able to use Triforce with how fast his attacks come up.
His play style seems most like Fiora but without being completely useless. So I see him being mostly mid or jungle but I don't see top as much as bruisers will probably be able to shit on him.
edit: Now that I think about it, I could even see potential for support from him. But it would be determined by how quick his wall cooldown is.

Had a Yi in an earlier game where I was playing Nasus and would run in and set things up for him and Yi goes "why doesn't anyone else do anything."
Lower level logic is just mind-boggling sometimes. Like being on an adc character with 4 burst mages on your team and then having people go "How come you don't have more kills."
