People who say Red and Blue are the best ones are blinded by nostalgia at best. It's easily one of the worst pokemon games. Just because something is the first doesn't mean it's the best.

1. The game was riddled with bugs. There's the infamous Missingno. glitch, the number city, various glitch pokemon in the code, etc. Go look up the glitch list on wikipedia, it's pretty terrible (and fun to look at).

2. The game was imbalanced. Because special was one stat, Psychic pokemon were horribly overpowered, mainly due to the fact that bug was the only thing that worked against it and there were no good bug moves (Megahorn was introduced in Gen 2).

3. A lot of things were poorly designed. There was no move deleter, so if you taught an HM you didn't want to one of your mains, then you're spit out of luck. Since all items were in the same bag slot regardless if they were key items or TMs, it was awkward to search through your bag (also it was annoying when you had no space left and found an item). Nobody misses how slow it was to walk everywhere, especially when you had long treks through caves. In fact pressing A on an obstacle to automatically use the corresponding HM wasn't even implemented till Gen 2.

If anything, I think Gen 2 is the best one because it fixed most of those problems (including the horrid back sprites) not to mention had a really long game if you include the post-game which involved going through Kanto.

I really hate retards who arealways able to get their preferred Role and Champion and then start flamming other for being "bad" when they are not in their preferred Role or using their Champion.

It is just retarded logic...

I still have hope, I recently read a red post on Sur@20 that they are building a completely new infrastructure on germany? don't remember exactly where, and that it will be the new host for EUW Server and, hopefully will be the end of all our server problems. -_-U

I have tried playing in order servers like NA or EUN and OC, but in EUN the overall skill is lower than in EUW and in OC and NA I have like half a second (sometimes more) of delay when performing actions.

You know i forgot that sometimes if you want to win a game you have to be that guy that no one likes.

Edit: Fuck it, If i can't play Thresh I'm going to play Leona and kill you with her.

I want to like it but the writing's been crap since the shitty love triangle gimmick in season 1. Also, the animation for season 2 has been significantly downgraded.
