So NA gets another chance to show they CAN perform against the Korean All Stars later on.

Right now, the Chinese all stars are just dominating the SEA all stars. But it's kind of expected when one team has Kha'zix, Hecarim, and Karthus.

I didn't say they were going to abandon it. I'm just saying if they release it in its current form they are going to really hurt themselves.

But that's only profit in 365 million. If they lose out on sales and the X-Box One is a complete flop then it would cut past profit and into the actual Revenue creating a significant loss.

Sure the windows and Microsoft business divisions are more profitable, but a poor performance of the X-Box could dis-benefit them in two ways.

1. Profit is still Profit. If they don't show a profit then it's eating into the money they invested into it. If it does that it will take away from the profit made elsewhere lowering the overall money they have available to reinvest in the company as a whole.

2. It would hurt their brand image as a whole and would affect their overall business negatively causing a lot of consumer loyalty to disappear. This in turn would also affect the attitude of investors which fewer investors would mean less money increase business.

Oh I know they are looking for exclusives for their next x-box. I just think that companies are going to realize a bad ship and will avoid making those types of deals with x-box even if microsoft is looking for them.

At least shows that the Xbox and the revenue it accounts for is about 1/5th of Microsoft's overall revenue stream.

The failure of the X-Box One is going to take a huge tole on them if they release it as is. Especially since that amount would account for most of the cash flow they have in the company.

And with the poor showing of Windows 8 this might very well cause a lot of problems for them in the future.

Hrm, I wonder how much of their revenue is dependent on the Xbox.

I don't see too many exclusives for the next xbox either if the developers know what they are doing.

So, any thoughts on whether or not Microsoft smartens up, realizes they are fucking themselves over, and changes thing.

I mean they have the numbers that shows them just what the consumers thought of their reveal so they SHOULD know what is going to happen if they leave it as is.

Yeah, it just didn't seem like they had the proper focus to finish what they started.

It does show they have at least the talent to stand on the same level of them. So maybe a team like TSM with all of their team members with the right focus could really have a strong showing at the world tournament.


edit: Whoo, 4 ranked games in a row that have been a good victory.

I like Taric as a support. I should learn to play him more. I think he seems like a better yolo queue support than sona atm.


edit2: Lots of buzz going on about the fact that the Zed in the first China vs NA game was getting free assists on kills he wasn't a part of.

So the NA and EU teams both lost 0-2.

They both had moments where they showed strong, but they just couldn't seem to pull together completely and they just allowed too many mistakes.

And I see them lose plenty of games not due to their fault as well.

But, herp derp I didn't say you can't rise if you're skillful. But you're still not gonna solo carry yourself completely. You can be skillful enough to cover for a couple of bad people on your team. That is certainly true. But unless the enemy team is completely stupid, it's the advantage of not being capable of being in three places at once.

It's not a solo game. And I'm going to put blame where it's due. Even if it's at my own feet.

But hey, I don't expect any different from you than to pick whatever you want and pretend that's what I said.

LOL is by design impossible to win by yourself unless the enemy team is so herp derpy that you can 1v5 them resulting in a pentakill every time.

As I only run into those teams when I'm on my smurfs I will put the blame at the feet of the person responsible.

If you have an Ahri that insists on pushing alone in the bot lane on a routine basis despite you asking her to do otherwise, that is not something you control. Equally so when your team refuses to abandon her to push down mid as a 4 man group to be a stronger position and instead try to babysit her.

When you have an Ezreal that stands at the very edge of his minion wave against a volibear support so that way even if he Arcane shifts, since he does it immediately when he sees voli coming at him, Voli will still easily catch him with his speed.

When you have a Sejuani jungle who insists on taking clarity and teleport and has zero impact on any objective control or ganking.

When one person on your team plays bad, unless the other team has an equally bad person at best you're given a situation that is like a 4v5. In the worse situation they actually have a negative impact as in feeding the enemy mid and thus you now have a situation that is more like a 6v4 for that reason.

I blame those people because it is their fault. I should not have to way overcompensate in skill just to break even in games.

I'll blame the team if it's their fault.

Even if you're a fed top you sometimes can't carry if the rest of your team sucks so it's not like not being support changes that.

The main role that CAN actually do a bit of difference very effectively when fed is mid as they can do roaming very well.
