Wow.
When Blitz hooked nyjacky I was like "Oh they hooked malphite, that's not what they wanted."
And then suddenly nyjacky was half health and I was like "Oh, nm."

I'm not even going to try and figure out what is going on with these picks.
So Curse has Thresh. But Rhux looked so uncomfortable on Sona so I'm wondering just how well he'll do on Thresh.

A Hour long game just for us to get a Game 3. -_-Hahaha.
this is why i don't play League on the days of LCS.
So the fact that even with Curse taking so long to even close it out really shows how strong GGU is.
And I don't think Curse actually has much left to finish things off. I think it's going to be GGU's win this game.
And I think they'll probably win it overwhelmingly.

dat Top AD Tryndamere with 6% Lifesteal at lvl 1 dat some next lvl playsIt was the surprise factor that probably won it.
I doubt it would work again so well overall.
yeah i'm surprise it won too but full AS reds and 6%lifesteal at lvl 1 is Funny as hell XD
Well Tryn can still be a powerful champion if he gets going. But he's too situational for a lot the times.
But because of the surprise factor it worked so well and the Curse cop was definitely one that Tryn could work against as well.
edit: I'm surprised they picked sona again.
He looked so uncomfortable on it last game.
edit x 2: THIS GAME IS CRAZY!

At least with Regi, he's in a lane that can afford to have those jump on you champions the most. And he has team mates that are a lot more consistent so even if his high risk high reward style play backfires they can fall back on Dyrus. They can fall back on Wildturtle.
And even if he falls behind he still helps to make plays.
And now Curse vs GGU.
Like I said before, this is going to be a somewhat interesting match-up. Curse has had a little bit of team problems. And with a new member on their team it's very hard to tell how it will work. Though I think since Rhux is a top laner, he will be a much more aggressive support so he might actually compliment Cop pretty well in the lane and help to shore up a few weaknesses.
But GGU has been looking very good recently and they've beaten both Dignitas already who recently beat Curse and I believe they beat Curse the last time they faced off as well.
edit: Rhux looks soooo out of place on Sona and support it's kind of sad.

TSM is showing strong for this last game. And Vulcan is not a team that necessarily plays well from a deficit and TSM has some of the strongest closing ability out of the NA teams.Still early and it could easily turn around but things aren't looking well.
I love how people say Regi is bad yet he set up many advantageous teamfights and subsequent kills for his team. He will be donating around $1500 to Boston bombing victims, wasn't keeping exact counts of his death, but well worth it in the end.
Regi is definitely skillful. But he's not cautious so he often puts himself into bad situations so that kind of has something to do with it. And he often isn't someone that worries about getting kills on himself so his KDA is not necessary the greatest when you compare to someone like Scarra.
And he does have moments like with his TF where he does things like gold cards a minion. Locks in the wrong card and so on.
edit: And there we go, 14 deaths total.

and TSM get the 1st win of the day for the NA LCS. i feel like TSM got the next win.Well like I just said, TSM is in top form today. And I don't feel Vulcan is quite at the level where they can beat TSM in their top form. There's just too much talent and experience on TSM's side.
And they're wasting so many bans on Dyrus which I don't think is ever a good idea.
edit: And now Regi is on Karthus again, which is a champion he does very well on in almost any game.
Which is good, TF is just not his champ.
I feel like all they have to do if Ban out Karthus if you not 1st pick and go the CLG way and play Protect the AD Carry and get him rolling.
Yeah, I mean Karthus should have been a ban for them so they could force Regi onto TF cause I'm sure he would pick him. TF has just been weak for him overall.
And wasting too many bans on Dyrus is never a good idea. He's just too comfortable on too many champs that you're not going to keep him down.
And now you have Zuna on Kog, which I don't even really remember him playing versus Wildturtle on Draven who he is undefeated on.
And a Jarvan jungle on top of everything versus a Lee Sin jungle which has been meh.
I think Vulcan's pick are just scattered in a way.
edit: And TheOddone showing why he's one of the best jungler's in the game. He just reads situations so well.
edit: Well, that was completely unexpected. Vulcan showed up really strong.

So the TSM vs Vulcan matches start in about 35 minutes.
Unless TSM has a major break in communication, I see them clearing these matches. They've just been a very strong team since the addition of wildturtle.
As far as the Curse vs GGU match, that is the one with the potential for another upset.
Curse has already been showing up weak recently. And the recent roster change could very well spell disaster for them.
But, it could also be the fresh breath of air they needed like what happened with TSM and they could come out with renewed vigor.
So I think the second set of matches will probably have more overall excitement than the first set.
edit:
After the first game, it's going to be a 2 game sweep for TSM I'm sure. TSM is showing up strong and I just don't think Vulcan is quite at the level needed to face down TSM at their strongest.

I hate this kind of double standard we have.
If a guy sleeps with a lot of girls, he's a stud.
If a girl sleeps with a lot of girls, she's a lesbian.

i can't believe the two of the top teams lost, I don't know what is going on and i'm a little sad now seeing how Dig and CLG can now be kick out of season 3. Riot pls :(It's up to TSM and CRS to hold the line against the new blood. Not too sure about CRS being able to do so, though I'm confident TSM will do fine.
Well, Rhux is going to be their new support. But he's not exactly new to their scene so it's not a completely fresh pick.
And I think he'll be able compliment Cop's somewhat passive play style because I see him being a pretty aggressive support.
That'll be interesting to see vs Wildturtle's aggressive style. I've seen Rhux play top a few times in the featured matches, he's a very good player.
So I don't see Vulcan pushing past TSM unless TSM has some major communication issues.
Curse vs GGU will hinge mostly on whether or not Curse can adjust with Rhux as their support.
Overall, I think TSM is going to win. But GGU and Vulcan have been playing very well and it could be a complete upset. But I just don't quite see 6 games worth of upsets.

So.
If Dignitas and CLG can't re-qualify, do you think they'll disband? I know Scarra has said before that it was a chance for his team if it happens.
If they do disband, I wonder if any of the other teams would pick up players. I mean, that's a decent amount of skill available if it happens.
I was actually expecting this out of CLG, but I fully thought that Dignitas wouldn't lose overall. They just don't seem to mesh as well as they use to.

Right now. I would say Vulcan is going to win.
