Yes, and you would have both interpreted the point of my analogy correctly. If you were concerned only with the heart, then you would refer to it exclusively. If you were concerned with the human body as a whole, you would refer to it as the human body. This is only natural behavior, no? Surely you can connect the dots now, and stop being so silly?
(I don't terribly mind connecting the dots for you, but shouldn't need me to.)

Not sure if I am correct in saying there is sarcasm in your statement, but here it is anyway.
We could look at it this way: When people tell their friends they want to go to the YMCA which is housed in a mall, they might say, "Let's go to the YMCA" opposed to, "Let's go to the YMCA which is located in the mall" because naming the building as a whole is unnecessary because it is not the point of interest.
