Disclaimer: Rise is the supreme overlord and it can change whatever it wants to it's liking and decide everything in the universe.
So I believe that since this will be a PvP forum RPG, things should be different from a regular freeform forum RP. Excuse me, I need to take my medicine, *drinks Coke*, okay, great.
Three main Phases, Casual Phase, Battle Phase, and Quest Phase. In Casual Phase, you might be given some number of points to go do things like, socialize, train, buy spells, go on a quest, go invade a territory, etc. It's basically the freeform way, but in the form of choices. Battle Phase is just engagements and battles and stuff. The mechanics...heheheheheheheheh... The Quest Phase is basically a prolonged player vs. environment.
Casual Phase can only be initiated by the Storyteller/GM/Supreme Overlord. Battle Phase can be initiated by anyone, from any of the other phases, probably. Quest Phase can be initiated by anyone, but only from Casual Phase.
There should be a currency. It should be Prana. But apparently, most magi can't store large amounts of Prana. So at the start of the game, all the Masters get an empty Magic Crest. It will let you store more amounts of Prana, which you can use to buy stuff, use powerful spells, etc. And because it's a Magic Crest, you can also buy spells to put in it, or learn them from someone else, or something.
THIS IS THE BASIC STRUCTURE, WHAT DOES THE PEOPLE THINK?
Edit: So like, imagine a Casual Phase, and someone just want to go train his spells or his muscles or some shit. No problem, just maybe one paragraph at the most and bam, stat gains. But what if someone wants to go on a quest?! That shit will take time! Won't it?! The shortest quest might be like, a few paragraphs, or it could go over two days! Should there only be global quests so everyone's at the same pace?! But THAT'S NO FUN, SOME PEOPLE WANT THE LIMELIGHT! How should quests be done...?

First off, congratulations for making it here! You did a good job in writing this. Unfortunately, it is not your best work. You're missing a lot of letters, and that format by itself is hard to read. You wrote this for a VN, but unfortunately, it's not a VN, so it would help to add descriptions. Your intro could've used more impact, more...heart-wrenchingness. I believe it was about being lost and trying to find your place in the world, but it could've used more feeling. Because the characters and the narrative use that blocky English, I have a hard time connecting to them, but it's great that you give us a good look into the main protagonist's head. Anyways, good luck!
Huehuehue, maybe you could potentially be able to choose who you want your servant to be, but you'd have to sacrifice some of your starting stats, huehuehuehuehue.
WHY COULDN'T YOU COMPROMISE, RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISE?!
Did he at least hear you out?
Did he at least hear you out?
But why can't...the ideas...the pooling...unifying two separate universes...is better done...with two people...nevermind. Excuse me.
So imbalanced...so luck-based...by the way, there's a wiki. You get different transformations for whatever her highest stat is when you reach 100 Like.

When someone becomes a co-GM, the other GM doesn't become a co-GM as well. The GM and the co-GM are different roles; the GM still does all the storytelling. Most people know co-GM just means assistant GM, the guy who'll also know the technical rules by heart and be there to help the GM check himself or check the GM's actions. And yes, I want to see Lang's ideas. I want to see all of it, hehehehehehehahahahahahahahahHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
(Hmmmm, I was standing inside my shadow barrier, and I still could have used the Arch Bishop as leverage, like immediately pointing my knife at her throat. And I should have no weakness to holy anymore... And I wasn't using my knife to attack or extend towards you. I just extended the blade to the size of a katana, and then levitated it around me. And you can break the staves and guns. Better not have broken my knife, nigga. And did Zone just kill Audrey? You didn't have to. You really, really shouldn't.)
"Haughff!" My ribs are shattered. My left arm is broken and bleeding. How did she get past my barrier so easily? Fucking Kyoko... "I...haah...didn't want to...every breath...sweet, sweet...OBLIVI-koff!" Shit...not enough...energy... I collapse to the floor, looking up at the ceiling. I see Kyoko standing above me, and sputter out, "...gahahaha, I can see your panties" before falling unconscious.
(Shonen will not wake up now until being tuned. Of course, your characters might not know that)
