Not really. I do it under the blanket and one time my mom walked in. She couldn't see though since I have more than one pillow on my bed, it ends up covering my fappy business. XD By that, I mean that you know how if you do it under a blanket, the blanket shows the outline of your body, right? The pillows I have are like small cushions and I usually have them under the blanket rather than on top, so they kind of take away the view of the outline and that's why no one ever knows when I fap. (Or for girls I think it was "shlick" or something. O.O)

I run 5k and swim 2 miles and some mild weights every other day, and sprint a mile and do heavy weights the other days. Good routine.

Two kids? Big responsibilities, man.
