My mother is a dental Hygienist. Bleeding gums is a sign of Gingivitis. You should use mouthwash and brush 2-3 times a day. Don't skimp on how well you brush either. Two to two and a half minutes. Just some friendly advice.

Yeah bushido, you should find time, I hit the gym everyday! Lifting one day and swimming/cardio the next. It's also a big stress reliever.

Well, when I made that exercise thread, you talked of swimming. I remembered that I had wanted to swim laps like I did in the summer, and on Tuesday I ran three miles and swam two miles. Your the reason I was able to remember that. I have made it part of my routine at the YMCA.
