I've done a hundred mile backpacking trip. In New Mexico. I'm not really sure what else. I've hiked more mountains than I have fingers, toes, and appendages, I'm an Eagle Scout. I don't really know what to pick from.

For striking martial arts it would probably be Muay Boran (Not the same as Muay Thai/Thaiboxing). I fell in love with it when I saw the 1st Ong Bak movie; it hits REALLY hard and is a perfectly viable fighting style in a warzone. Sadly enough I'm stuck with the usual Thai Boxing :(Muay Boran for the most part doesn't exist anymore.

I'm taking Instrumentation right now. I'm learning breadboarding. Nothing in my major has anything to do with that, yet it is a part of the ciriculum. So pointless. Eight pages on average of notes as well. And the exams are brutal.
