I don't know if you saw one of my previous posts in this topic, but I mention that I will be posting a revised version of this story in the coming days that should be not as confusing. I hope you'll check it out.
Oh interesting! I will definitely do my best to remember to come back to read the revived version.
Well if assuming you mean 2D to 3D and we assume cosplayers could be an example of them 3D-fying then I would probably rather keep them 2D but then again, 2D is a bit flat and dating a piece of paper would be weird. so if I could have them Final fantasy mixed way I'm all go.
Dunno if this should go to nosebleed since it is pictures?
well if you are planning to make a fan MMORPG then I can recommend "borrowing" pictures from maple story since they have monsters, items, characters, weapons etc

Welcome to the forum! *_* As an Otaku myself I'm curious about your anime/manga tastes?
Also is Doujinkami perhaps from Doujinshi Kami = Doujinshi god? because if so I have a feeling kami would become gami. I dunno tbh but I think it would sound more Natural?

As the first commenter on most stories I couldn't help myself to be curious about your entry so I went to search for your thread among so many and found it!~~
I have a few questions as I always do when I read stories.
In what time does it take place? it is modern? it is medieval. I couldn't rly figure it out. I couldn't help but read some of leo's comment about gangs but it never stroke me once that it was about gangs? Also words like upper class, king, and merchants did make me disagree more with the gang theory since I don't feel like they fit? I might be over thinking things. About the gods are we in mythological or do these 'god'-like people exist? Was supernatural a genre or is he thinking about the myth, rumours like the old northern gods before Christians?
Honestly speaking I was a bit confused about the story, about what was going on and when and where it was taking place. I did like your name choices and the dialogue.
I'm sorry I can't say any more constructive things but I was left with so many questions. But If I understood this right you tried to write in another style too? Nice go if it was your first time~ ^^)/

Anime/manga taste?Action, adventure, comedy, ecchi, fantasy, harem, horror, mature, mecha, mystery, romance, sci-fi, shounen, slice of life and supernatural. And you ???
So kind of anything else than psychological and shoujo? o.o
Anything else than /toomuch/ mecha, horror, harem, /super/ ecchi~mature, shotacon, lolicon, MOE ART I think? I'm not that picky ~ Watch most tbh
Fav genres being: Psychological, Sport, Sci-fi/dystopia, romance~shoujo, shounen, adventure, slice of life
Well I also like psychological and moe. Everytime that I start with a new manga and anime I always read or watch the first 3-5 chap/eps, to see if it's worth it.
THAT IS THE SPIRIT ! and that is how EVERYONE should watch anime /JK.. NO SRS
I would be so happy if people would just give things a chance >_< I like the way you love anime/manga!

I totally mentally prepared myself for something sad heartbreaking stuff with the first line about this grandfather but I'm glad I didn't need to get tissues though. I'm not sure I totally get the morale but I like the story overall. I wish I could have gotten more information about the guy and his grandfathers relationship since it did feel like they were close. Also just more insight in this family. I didn't get the stress part.. Is he on the verge of dying because of stress or does it just take up everyday stress issues and discussions? Might be me who just isn't knowledgeable enough about literature. Other than that I also enjoyed the opening and closing the eyes part. Felt like I was jumping and traveling in time, which made me wonder even more if he really was death or going to die. Nice story, good read and worth the time~ ^^)/
the title of the work is filial piety--i'm sure if you re-read this in relation to the title's context, it'll be easier to understand the morale of the story.
Thank you for taking the time to respond-- I appreciate it.
Haha yeah that might be the reason why then. I didn't understand what the title meant. I looked it up now and yeah it makes a bit more sense now. Might be a bit lost in translation though.
I'm sorry for not being able to give you a better comment for your hard work >_< but I hope it was able to make you smile even a bit.
