There's literally a post in this very thread addressing everything you brought up: it's done for a reason, we'll work to bring things back to normal, it might take time, and we can't comment much right now. Even if it's not directly in response to your other questions, it still applies to all your points.
Edit: We're doing what we have to. End of story. If you can't accept that and think we're trying to screw you over, I don't think I can convince you otherwise.

When we can expect the next chapter release?Completely up to the artist. As explained earlier in the thread, whenever we receive the next finalized compilation (Vol.4), we will start to work on it.
Last time we were sent the data ahead of the public announcement, so the next release will likely follow shortly after that announcement.

There is a paperback tag for printed products. More generally, the vast majority of books and box sets are available as paperbacks (anything published directly by FAKKU), and there's a small selection of physical doujinshi releases (mostly third party vendors).

Why Only One Chapter(37) when all 3 came out, why not post all 3?The individual episodes of this series ranges from 5 pages to 45. As such, from the very beginning we've grouped them in ways to create "standard size" releases. The page count has increased over time, and by now each part is a full-length episode on its own, so that's how we're publishing them.
We also follow a release schedule, meaning instead of dropping five chapters today, those are spread out with a release every other week. The steady flow of content makes it more manageable for us, and avoids content droughts for our users. For the record, the other two episodes aren't done.
