I'm re bad when it comes to drinking soda. I drink alot when I eat out because I always get like 2 or 3 refills. On days I stay home I would say about 1-3 cans. When I eat out It more like 1 to 1 1/2 gallons. I need to ease up. Thankfully I workout a lot now.
